Deepika graduated with Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences, Maharashtra University of Health Science, India (2007). She was university and college topper with a distinction in Psychology. In addition, she holds a Masters degree in Global health and Human Administration services from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, USA(2013). She worked as a Registered Physiotherapist in India in both hospital and clinic based settings.
Deepika immigrated to Canada in 2012 and completed a Canadian Healthcare Content Course at University of Toronto. She then finished her IEP program from UBC in 2015 and passed the Canadian Physiotherapy National Exam.
She uses integrated manual therapy with exercise prescription to treat Orthopedic, neurological, sports, work related and motor vehicle accident injuries. Her areas of interest are sports injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, post op patients and exercise prescription. She is certified and specializes in dry needling, Pelvic floor, TMJ and Vestibular rehabilitation. She was associate instructor and organizer of dry needling courses in Canada which focused on Fascial Adhesion Model, a 3rd generation dry needling concept majorly practiced in the United kingdom. In her physiotherapy practice, she works hard to educate each of her patients on strategies for self-care and integrating exercise into daily schedule so they can get back to pain-free living.
Noreen graduated from the University of Zimbabwe as a Physiotherapist and went on to add to her skill set a Masters Degree in Health Sciences focusing on Chronic Disease Rehabilitation at the University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.
Before moving to Canada, she practiced in several countries in Southern Africa in a variety of settings including private practice, long term care, community-based residential, sports and hospital care where she developed a keen interest in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. She has also completed a course in Pelvic health with the University of Alberta which focused on detailed assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pelvic floor muscles.
Outside of clinical practice, Noreen enjoys biking, watching rugby, travelling and spending time with friends.
Mihir has been practicing Physical Therapy since 2009 in reputed hospitals of India and the UK. He was involved extensively with a Cardiac Rehab center in India, educating and treating clients post surgery along with MSK injuries, also was engaged in teaching Health and Social Care as a professor in Anglia Ruskin University, UK.
He has worked, contributed, and gained valuable experience for more than 13 years in healthcare field in various aspects including treatment, management, and administration in multiple countries.
He takes special interest in treating MSK injuries along with Neuro and Geriatric cases. Has worked for reputed nursing homes in the UK, administering Physical Therapy programs to patients with Dementia and functional mobility issues.

Yechao (Charles) Hu has been in the massage industry for about 3 years. He was born in China and has always liked to travel, living in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand for more than one year in each place. He learned a variety of massage techniques in these countries. He completed his RMT studies in Vancouver and Toronto and has received RMT licenses in both BC and Ontario. He is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC) and the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Charles is a good listener and a kind, considerate person who enjoys assisting people to improve their health and well-being. Assessment is his favourite RMT subject, and he is skilled at evaluating a patient’s condition and determining the treatment needed. He is skilled at a variety of different techniques depending on the needs of the client, such as deep tissue massage and Swedish massage. He can do myo-fascial techniques which can release adhesions and tension in the body.
In addition, he has been to Malaysia, South Korea, and Hong Kong. He speaks English and Mandarin and is learning Cantonese. In his free time, he enjoys cooking very much and likes both Western and Asian cuisine. He has tried skiing, bungee jumping, and parachute jumping. Amily Wu, R.TCM.P, is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner whose journey into TCM began with a profound personal connection to her family's health struggles, particularly with cardiovascular disease. Inspired by her father's healing journey through acupuncture and traditional herbal remedies following a hemorrhagic stroke, Amily's practice integrates ancient wisdom with complementary therapies. In high school, she began exploring alternative medicine and developed an understanding of her overall health including diet, lifestyle, personality, and physical activity. Henry graduated from UBC with a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology and is a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK).
Henry chose to pursue kinesiology because he has a passion for exercise and human movement and has experienced a fair share of injuries from sports, leading him to explore different remedies including active rehabilitation and strengthening to address the root cause of his injuries.
His approach to treatment is holistic, and believes in the importance of client education combined with evidence-based practices for effective functional active rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Henry enjoys playing badminton, exercising, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
